Most people either book my Anxiety or Phobia Breakthrough package (£297) to create a mindset shift quickly, or they book one of my Resilience Builder or Healthy Habits programs involving 6 sessions over a number of weeks. Ad hoc sessions are avilable at £85 per hour .

Anxiety or Phobia Breakthrough package to tackle anxiety, stress, fear and uncertainty
My most popular package. This is for you if you want to tackle a specific problem, such as:

One of my most popular programs, this is for you if you want to take control of your mental fitness and build the resilience you need to bounce back from adversity:
