• sports focussed mindset coaching combined with hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques, to help amateur and competiitve sports people perform at their best on the day of their competition, match, race, fight or tournament

I combine 20 years’ experience in leadership roles in the corporate world, with Level 5 sports massage therapy and Mastery level qualifications in life coaching, clinical hypnotherapy and NLP. I use my skills and experience to help clients overcome negative thought patterns, take charge of their mental fitness and take back control of how they think, feel and act. I tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs, working with the conscious mind, subconscious mind and body in whichever way will deliver the best results for them.

I’m an accredited member of the ACCPH and a full member of the ISRM (the Institute for Sport and Remedial Massage). This means that I’m qualified to do what I do and that I adhere to high standards of Continuous Professional Development. Sports massage with dry cupping therapy – £65 for one hour, £95 for 90 minutes

Deep tissue massage – £65 for one hour, £95 for 90 minutes

Deep tissue massage with dry cupping therapy – £65 for one hour, £95 for 90 minutes

Brazilian manual lymphatic drainage treatment with wood maderotherapy – £75 for one hour, £110 for 90 minutes

Hypnotherapy for sporting performance – £200 for an intensive 2 hour session

• Block of 3 x 1 hour sports massage or deep tissue massages £185 (save £10)
• Block of 5 X 1 hour sports massage or deep tissue massages £305 (save £20)

Location

I work from treatment rooms in Lower Parkstone and Ashley Road. At the Lower Parkstone location there is always free off-road parking available right outside. For the Ashley Road clinic, there is free parking round the corner on Loch Road and Alexandra Road.
