April is National Stress Awareness month, so I’ve pulled together my favourite, practical stress-busting tips. We all know we should get more sleep, eat more healthily and get more exercise, and these are undoubtedly effective ways of managing the symptoms of stress.
But they can also take a lot of self-discipline and organisation, which – let’s face it – not all of us have in abundance! So I’ve focussed here on actions you can take which are quick, easy and even fun to do. Relax and enjoy!
